职位描述：: Job responsibility:
1) Manage the sample and production quality, ensure technical requirement transfer from sample to production.
2) Liaise among Developer, Merchandiser, France quality dept. and factories to solve technical issues, taking into account the type of product to ensure the ultimate result in terms of both aesthetics and comfort.
3) Assist developer on development sample, such as construction and paper pattern, give technical support to developers and designers. Monitor the quality of development sample.
4) Check 37# fitting sample, CFM sample, assist QA on full size sample and die test sample, and give necessary technical support to factory to solve production issue.
5) Check manufacturing process, ensure the execution of requested quality standard in production.
6) Provide support and instructions to our QA/QC in factories to follow up.
7) Communication with France on test requirements/issues, manage test result & implementation into production.

Job request:
1. At least 10 years of technical experience in footwear development and manufacturing.
2. Familiar with shoe production procedure, technical operation in production line, grading, last correction and pattern making. Management over from full size, cutting die, pre-production, in line production control for quality.
3. Able to work on fitting for comfort issues with knowledge in European footwear technical requirement.
4. Able to get involved in development with developer and designer, providing technical advice to factories to achieve our design request.
5. Able to communicate in English with overseas office and technical dept. colleagues from France in factory tour.
6. Good interpersonal skill with different dept. within the company and with manufacturers. Able to train and influence suppliers for improvement.
7. Able to take technical decision based on a retail view or vision
8. Work on multiple tasks, work to timelines, drive efficiency & consistency & excellence from development to production.
9. Computer skill: Microsoft office and Outlook.
