- 职位描述：
- What We Do (Accountabilities)
• Price the Naturalizer Familly to STL demand planning team
• Negotiate with factories to meet target price
• Create final BOMs, info record and sourcing list
• Check daily order register and confirm the x-fcty date with factories
• Take care special requests from customers
• Coordinate with internal and factories to make sure smoothie and safety production.
Essential Functions of the Role
• Actively participates in becoming part of a high-performing, cross-functional workforce.
• Participates in on-going training and department assessments to enhance productivity.
• Maintains a strong working relationship with assigned customers, including prompt service, addressing all problems and concerns appropriately.
• Display clear understanding of contribution to team and willingness to support teammates.
• Participates in cross functional department activities and processes.
• Participates in relevant special projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
• Significant customer service or retail experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong partnering, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Brown operating system and processes, including SAP (Sales and Distribution, Business Intelligence, Materials Management) preferred
