- 职位描述：
- RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicate directly with Corporate PD in U.S. to take charge on designated department on product development detailing, sampling and confirmation to ensure samples satisfy buyer’s expectation.
2. Monitor materials sourcing and sample execution and confirmation by working with suppliers and factories independently to ensure product meet PSS standard on quality, value and time frame.
3. Follow up with Materials, technician and Costing for product best values and coordinate with PM for reliable and flexible delivery forecast for order placement and hand-over to QA thoroughly via PPT to achieve product quality consistency on mass production.
4. Familiar with operational systems and routines like PDM, Sample Tracker, QW and Target Timing Tracker for work efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
1. College graduate.
2. Good command of written and Spoken English.
3. Over 3 years experiences in Footwear Product Development and/or Manufacturing related field.
4. Communication skills and a team player.
