职位描述：: The Job:
• Handle full range of product and sample development functions
• Strictly control development like project, style, sample quantity acc. to order budget fixed by each customer and each factory, in order to make all indicator under control then help factory to lower down development cost.
• Sourcing and selecting of fabric, trims and leather materials for sampling
• Work closely with merchandising, customers & factories for product development
• Support and handle sample development & mock-ups by coordinating with suppliers to build a range of products
• Any other job assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education
• 3-5 years’ experience in footwear design and product development
• have experiences in handling vulcanize shoes is an advantage
• Knowledge in Fashion Footwear trends especially in European Markets
• Can manage sample development lead times
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Good PC knowledge in MS office
• Highly responsible and able to work independently
