- 职位描述：
- Job Requirements:
• Degree / Tertiary education or equivalent
• Min 5 years product development experience in Footwear industry products.
• Excellent knowledge of product cost breakdown and production process / sample development.
• Proficient in material sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent price negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Experience to deal with all facets of customer management e.g. product development, product issues.
• Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mails, etc.)
• An analytical and strategic thinker who is efficient, organized, attentive to details and able to motivate people to peak performance.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing skills and network of potential makers that allows the company to source directly from most efficient cost suppliers.
• Negotiating up to the Target needed and draw up the necessary solution to reach the target by managing the quality and the delivery Lead Time of samples developments.
• Communicate clearly to material suppliers, including lead time, capacity allocation, pricing and resource allocation to ensure reliable service, quality and low-cost procurement.
• Coordinate with factories and sample room for manufacturing Critical Path process of sample developments.
• Management skill and professional technical skill are essential.
• Product management including product development, product selection, Target Negotiation, placement order, pricing.
• Analyze the marketplace, customers and competitors to determine the right products to bring to market
• Daily communications with designers, line builders following through all samples.
• Ensuring an effective merchandising value chain with samples goods in good quality standards and meet tight deadlines
