职位描述：: 1. Business and analytical mindset, interested in fashion, service mentality, detail oriented and quality conscious.
2. Experienced in fashion footwear market for both Lady and Men's shoes
3. Strong merchandising skills with ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
4. At least 6 years footwear merchandising experience, of which minimum 2 years in the team leader position.
5. Strong understanding of shoes products, preferably with some tech. knowledge on development and production
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills 7. Good at English and can use it as language at work.
8. Proactive and able to work independently in fast pace and under high pressure.
9. Good at planning and prioritizing tasks for the team, ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results.
10. A positive attitude with strong leadership.
11. Be willing to learn and improve, a fast learner and able to adapt to work with different complex procedures. 12. Experienced user for microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
