职位描述：: General overview

Reporting to the Pre-Production Manager at the China office, the Pre-Production Technician is responsible for ensuring that footwear pre-production technical elements are documented for our supplier’s use, and that suppliers/factories are ….

Key Responsibilities

? Coordinate the creation and update of the Pre-Production Technical Package (technical references, confirmation samples, last specifications, pattern/grading and critical components) following completion and approval of confirmation samples.
? Finalize and release the Pre-Production Technical Package including the fit model size report according to confirmation sample, style specification sheet and order details
? Conduct full size run pattern review vs size grading chart, confirmation sample and related documents, with suppliers, fitting team and QC
? Identify technical key points after full size run review; communicate key points to the supplier and ALDO Far East QC for production follow-up
? Review initial and final fitting feedback to pursue improvements/corrections with suppliers
? Perform supplier visits to ensure grading techniques are applied per our guidelines
? When required, visit factories with QC to verify and resolve technical problems when delivery schedule can be compromised
? Review the pre-production schedule and address any material issues that would delay ex-factory dates
? Perform various tasks to support ALDO Far East and Corporate projects, as well as administrative and clerical tasks
Key Requirements

能够开面板(男鞋,女鞋,马靴),能够修改楦头,全套级放,材料经验丰富(材料厚度、补强等)。

? Post-secondary education (footwear technology and materials, commerce, distribution, operations)
? At least 5 years experience in a technical role associated with footwear pre production technical development and supplier interaction
? Must understand footwear production, technical construction, lasts and patterns
? Must understand technical elements of footwear fitting for comfort and quality
? Operating knowledge of MS-Office applications and mail programs such as G-Mail
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as the position requires interaction with corporate divisions, suppliers, and different levels of management
? Detail oriented, problem solver/analytical
? Must work well under pressure and with deadlines
? Well-organized, able to work with minimal supervision
? Excellent written and oral Mandarin language, as well as good written and oral language English skills.
