- 职位描述：
- The Color & Material Designer builds and executes color/material applications for multiple clients,
on seasonal seasonal color/material initiatives for footwear products. Creating trend & consumer
insights presentations, using merchandising skills to create color stories.
Your Skills
- Plans and executes color and material designs for a footwear collections
- collaborating with product design team and development
- Sample reviews at product check points to achieve marketable & commercial solutions
- Calendar & timeline driven work style
- Creates seasonal color strategy for product lines
- Researches and presents seasonal color, design, market and lifestyle trends
- Identifies different consumer types with different buying behaviors and product preferences.
- Strong knowledge of competitor market, consumer retail behavior, color, and market trends
- Prepares bi-annual trend reports
- Good knowledge of footwear product creation, manufacturing process, supplier process
in order to execute color and material designs effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Fine Art, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design,
Fashion & Apparel design or related
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Knowledge of Adobe CC
- Knowledge of color trends, color mixing, color compatibility, and color placement
- Knowledge of product design and development process
- Knowledge of product manufacturing processes including: materials/fabrics, knitting,
yarns, plastics, pigments
- Know how of merchandising/line planning across multiple prod. categories & distribution channels.
