职位描述：: Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate, develop and execute online communication plan to meets the needs of our customers and actively support the brand position and commercial theme.
2.Integrate and utilize digital media mix to create the positive customer experience on the web and social media
3.Maintain and optimize the global website and mobile applications by ensuring that all functionalities are implemented effectively to secure online performance and operations
4.Gain digital synergy, traffic and visibility from search engines by securing organic search results (SEO) through paid search efforts (SEM) directing to the global website as the central hub of our digital landscape
5.Analyze web statistics on a continuous base to optimize the digital media mix, the functionality and commerciality.
6. Ensure the best social media planning in line with the communication and marketing actions for a synergetic approach

Qualifications:
1. 2 years or above in a relevant website management, E-commerce or digital marketing function
2. Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize a high-volume of assignments; strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
3. Proven ability to think creatively as well as strategically and tactically; experience in digital agency is a plus
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
5. Must be flexible, deal well with ambiguity, self-directed, and highly motivated
6.Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
7.Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities for projects
8.Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, reliable and on-time

公司历程
1、成立
1982年创办于台湾。陈建民先生、蒋至刚先生及赵明静先生在台湾云林虎尾创办本公司,为美国的零售客户生产女式鞋。
2、迁到东莞
1990年在东莞市长安镇宵边区兴建第1家工厂——兴昂厂,开设在大陆设立生产线。1991年落户于广东省东莞市
3、“海外扩张”
因应欧洲对中国的配额限制,在越南建立第一家工厂,开始在海外建立分厂。
4、零售扩展
2005年为全力经营中国内销市场,特别成立[兴记时尚贸易(上海)有限公司] Stella Luna Fashion Inc.。并在上海、北京、西南等地的零售市场正式登陆。2006年3月在上海开设第一家Stella Luna门店。2007年在上海开设第一家What For门店。2009年,杜拜开设Stella Luna门店,2012年在巴黎开了第一家Stella Luna门店。2012年在北京开设第一家自有男鞋品牌门店--JK JY。
5、上市
2007年7月6日公司股票在香港上市,名为九兴控股(香港:01836)。
