- 职位描述：
- Key Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for production monitoring, quality assurance/final inspection, technical issues in production management.
• Liaise with HQ Quality Assurance management team (USA) to ensure that production footwear meets Company’s quality standards and assist in identifying areas of improvement within the supply chain.
• Work with GM to develop production strategy and quality assurance strategy for the company, and communicate and implement it effectively across the production team.
• Collaborate actively with Planning & Logistics to ensure reasonable factory allocation, taking into consideration of costing, development ability, lead time and production capacity.
• Set goals for all the levels in the production team and review with the team members.
• Review the daily/weekly/monthly KPI data and work out improvement plan as necessary.
• Takes the lead for addressing the key business concerns that are affecting factory performance, able to guide the factory scorecard to address key performance issues.
• Participate in a clearly defined process that promotes Production personnel involvement in the Product Creation Process to ensure the manufacturability of all products at the time of Buy Readiness.
• Nurture a close working relationship/partnership with appointed factories delivering exceptional results.
Job Requirements:
• Over 10 years of production/QC operation in athletic footwear field, including at least 5 years working in managerial position.
• Extensive athletic footwear product knowledge, including but not limited to shoes production, product development, commercialization and operation.
• Strategic thinking, strong business sense and decision making ability.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently with high integrity
• Proficient in English and office software.
• Those with lesser experience and qualification would be considered as Senior Manager.
