- 职位描述：
- 1. Assist supervisor to provide satisfying and efficient customer service to customer, ensure timely feedback to customer request: delivery time, sample request, order details, etc
2. Check purchase order details and packing details, coordinate between factory and customer, endure the products are correctly produced as per customer requirement
3. Manage purchase order and supervise the order process, ensure orders to be delivered on time
4. Ensure the correctness of the shipping documents
5. Establish effective and good communications between supplier and customer
