- 职位描述：
- The Leather Technician will provide a critical role in Shoes of Prey leather footwear development and production. The candidate is skilled in but not limited to full grain cow leathers, split cow leathers, Kid suede, patent leathers, metallic leathers, printed leathers with understanding and adherence of a product development calendar to effectively execute and support the overall global sourcing strategy.
负责皮料的开发和生产,擅长于面珠皮,羊反绒,牛反绒,漆皮,金属皮,印刷皮等工艺,能够根据皮料开发周期很好的执行和支持材料的供应。
1. Collecting the new seasonal catalogues to SOP material and creative team. 积极开发材料,提供新季节流行颜色走向给开发组;
2. Create and oversee leather articles from development to production开发并监管材料开发到量产的过程
3. Track on leather finish (treatment) and set up leather treatment Standard Operating Procedure for production跟踪材料的处理流程,设定标准生产流程
4. Get involved in the communication between tanneries and the factory when there is issue that need to be assisted当皮料厂商和工厂就皮料问题有异议时,需主导协调解决问题
5. Duplicate articles with nominated tanneries so as to provide cost savings for the shoes
6. Work with functional team to follow the timeline of the seasonal Calendar regarding material sourcing and development. 与开发及采购部门合作,按照每季开发进度完成材料的开发及生产
7. Coordinate with functional team to execute the seasonal Shoes of Prey Vendor Score Cards for tanneries与开发及采购部门合作,填写供应商评分表
8. Deepen understanding of fundamental raw material cost and key cost drivers (raw hides, workmanship etc) 深入了解原材料成本及染皮成本
9. Monthly (or as required) Vendor visiting / planning供应商访问计划
10. Receive, quality check and grade our leather purchases when they arrive at the factory in Dongguan检查皮料品质,及给皮料分等级
11. Performing day to day communication with tanneries与皮厂进行日常沟通
What are we looking for? 我们寻找的候选人
We are seeking candidates that fit all or most of the following criteria:
1、 Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working for a tannery, footwear company or leather trading company in a Technical capacity 5~7年皮厂或皮料贸易公司皮料技术员经验
2、Deep knowledge on the full life cycle of leather development对皮料的开发使用特性有全面的了解;
3、Spoken/Written English is a plus 能用英文沟通优先考虑
