- 职位描述：
- (1)Translate SPEC detail and pass the information to technician and purchasers, pattern maker, pullover, final ND quality inspection .
(2)To provide strong support to US designer team, To insure the sample information exchanging between designers and workers correctly. Pushing purchasers to ensure material delivery on time and cost properly. You must insure at the beginning of every calendar season, calendar is displayed at the R&D department, and clearly ensure the following: Initial ND – new last, new heel, pull over & final ND 28 days; existing last and heel 14 days, confirmed ND 7 days, Photo shoot sample 30 days (Includes grading for size 9 and new last); existing pattern size 6 14 days, counter sample 7 days, Salesman sample 30 days, SMU sample 7 days and Confirmation sample 7 days.
(3)To coordinate with purchaser leader and R&D warehouse team, monitor the material status to insure the material preparation very well before sample making. To cooperate with material sourcing team to solve material purchasing problems.This is a key area in order for you to achieve your calendar and final samples. So must be focused to have at least 1 week material in advance, so productivity of sample room is optimized. Check all material details with Purchaser and track sample schedule include outside factory schedule for ND samples.
(4)To monitor ND room cutting, stitching and lasting team to make sure daily productivity, quality, unit cost and ETD reaching the company’s operational goal. In this area, it is imperative that commercialization and material management are done properly alliance, so you have at least all material in-house 2 weeks in advance.
(5)To follow up with outsource of upper stitching and hand working, quality and ETD. To avoid receiving uppers or components in-house that are not usable. Monitoring this function properly will avoid discrepancy, argument and lack of productivity for in-house production and with subcontractor.
(6) To cooperate with relevant departments to solve all the sampe technicial and making problems to catch the company’s goals. Development department is the heart of the company. As a result, at any given time, you would be working with designers, sample room, business, costing, production, sales etc. Your cooperation and resolving on-hand issues plays a very important role.
(6) To perform other duties from line managers or the company.
(7)Make Action plan per week/monthly
(8)Spec translation, clarify all details with SD side
(9)SS material color review and confirm
(10)Deliver samples to SD.
(11)Prepare Transfer tech package
(12)Video-conference meeting with Designer twice one week.
(13)organize All keep samples
(14)Organize All keep samples,transfer show shoe to Int’l department people,transfer SS sample to production coordinator.
(15)Check PO with technician and send PO picture & comments to Designer
(16)Upload each step process in the BPM and ERP of ND/SS/SMU/COUNTER/PHOTO from translate spec to finish samples.
(17)Reflect all related projects on the unit price correction
