Responsible for first cost division from R&D to commercialization;Help R&D and production coordinators to accomplished their schedule and work on time
Handling all technical matters for above division from lasts development to first ND approved;
Carry technical margins and spec. details from R&D stage to commercialization process;
Managing all pattern makers who work in this divdsion and be responsible for schedule and their professional performance with clear records;
Evaluate and reinforce tech team and make improvements and suggestions for management level reference;
Check and study every tech package and approve the package before passed to factories;
Work with factories and our QC team from commercialization stage to production finish.
