- Job requirements :
1. Work Experience : At least 5 to 8 years' working experience across all major HR functions, preferably in sizable foreign organization.
2. Skills : Hands-on Experience in Corporate HR Policy's administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with local management, employees at all levels.
3. Educational Qualification : Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
4. Industrial / Product Knowledge : Some knowledge about shoe industry will be an advantage but not a must.
5. Languages : Good command of spoken and written English.
6. Traits (e.g. decisive..etc) : "Enjoy working with people.
7.Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable.
8.Be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
9.Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal details.
10.Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
11.Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
12.Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure, especially in a fast paced environment.
Major responsibilities and duties :
1.Assist in recruitment and selection process from job advertisement, screening candidates, interviewing etc.
2.Administer benefit schemes and medical insurance
3.Compile various HR reports such as monthly department report, evaluation report etc.
4.Prepare employment contract and make necessary arrangements for the new comers
5.Upkeep and maintain the personal records of all staff members
6.Coordination between management and staff members
7.Manage office facilities and ensure availability of essential items
8.Creating and maintaining cordial relationship with all employees
9.Monitoring cleanliness, ensuring hygienic condition in the office
10.Company maintenance, electricity, water supply
11.Assist in organizing staff parties, dinners etc.
12.Event management
13.Handle general insurance matters
14.Conducting training programme for all staff members
15.Communication with government office, labour bureau, fire control etc.
16.Office administration, reception, driver control etc
17.Arranging accommodation for staff and expatriates
18.Pantry management
19.Social compliance audit
20.Handling visa and work permit matters for expatriates
21.All other general functions which would come under the purview of the HR cum Administration Manager
