职位描述：: Responsibilities
1.Inspect materials, semi-finished product and goods.
2.Follow the inspecting process strictly to work.. The quality problem remarks label must be stuck once finding out the quality problem and make a log.
3.Complete and submit all the related reports and quality problem solution analysis sheet everyday.
4.Assist Productions operations manager to supervise the distribution outdoor orders quality. Report and push suppliers to improve quality control process.
5.Train the members of QC team and the monitor daily inspection.
6.Optimize the existing resource to reach the best quality and efficiency, ensure on time delivery and meet customers’ satisfaction.
8. Ensure company’s internal requirements are addressed and satisfied.
9. Supervise and stimulate the members of QC team, and follow their performance appraisal.
10. Build and enhance the related regulation and process.

Qualifications:
1. College education background with diploma or above
2.3+ years working experiences in shoes component or last manufacturing, 3 + years management experiences
3. Strong project management experience
4 Excellent communication skills, open-minded.Team work and quick learner
5 Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6 Fluent in written English. Fluent in spoken English is plus.
7 Must work well under pressure and with deadlines
7. Detail oriented, good at problem solve/analyze
8. Well-organized
9. Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin.
