职位描述：: Job Responsibilities:
1. Create long-term master plan (1-24 months) referred to the guidance of Sales & Operations plan.
2. Coordinate with Sales & Materials team  to resolve conflicts in material, production line capacity and customer’s requests.
3. Review, monitor and update customer’s forecast and actual orders, internal budget and  inventory.
4.  Escalate any capacity changes to support completing the 1-24 months’ plan.
5. Call a monthly plan meeting with related departments every month..
6.  Participate in Head office monthly meetings with GM.
7.  Build the materials requirement plan, track and coordinate the process of the plan and monitor the materials store. Track the production plan and delivery time.
8. Ensure company’s internal requirements are addressed and satisfied.
9. Train, supervise and stimulate the members of PMC team, and follow their performance appraisal.
10. Build and enhance the related regulation and process.

Qualifications:
1. College education background with diploma or above
2. 3 years working experience as a master planner in manufacturing industry
3. 3+ years working experience in shoes component or last manufacturing
4. Excellent communication skills, open-minded.Team work and quick learner
5. Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6. Fluent in written English. Fluent in spoken English is plus.
7. Must work well under pressure and with deadlines
7. Detail oriented, good at problem solve/analyze
8. Well-organized
9. Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin.
