- 职位描述：
- Warehouse Manager
1. Plan and build a reasonable, legal and safe warehouse store environment and stockpile the materials, goods and other things.
2. Build the related regulation and standard process, Periodic Review is must. Ensure stored goods, stored numbers, goods cards and the related logs are coincident.
3. Execute the regulation and process strictly to ensure all the stored goods are received and distributed correctly and in time. Input the system and update in time.
4. Deliver the goods to the designated pot to meet the customer's request.
5. Continue optimizing warehouse management, reducing the risk of store, controlling the costing of store management.
6. Train, supervise and stimulate the members of warehouse team, and follow their performance appraisal.
7. Build and enhance the related regulation and process.
8. Make sure of all the data can be inputted or updated in time in the related system.
Qualifications:
1. College education background with diploma or above
2. 3 years working experience as or above a warehouse manager in manufacturing industry.
3. 3+ years working experience on shoes component or last manufacturing
4. Excellent communication skills, open-minded.Team work and quick learner
5. Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6. Fluent in written English. Fluent in spoken English is plus.
7. Must work well under pressure and with deadlines
7. Detail oriented, good at problem solve/analyze
8. Well-organized
9. Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin.
