职位描述：: Job description:
1.Responsible for the company's automation stitching project development and implementation , coordinated with machinery supplier and shoe manufactory for the practice.
2.Using LEAN system to ensure manufacturing processes, worker’s efficiency and labor cost analysis, etc.
3.Based on line balance the best efficiency to cooperate with factory, design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace.
4.Consolidate all factories working instruction ,machinery and process for testing and set up the best practice .

工作职责:
1. 与机械厂商配合进行电脑车自动化项目的研发及实施,并协助生产部门及合作工厂进行实践
2. 使用精益生产方法来确定生产流程,现场员工工作效能和成本分析等信息以促进有效的人员和设备利用率
3. 根据最大生产效能的核算与工厂合作,设计并规划所需的设备、材料、和工作区域
4. 整合各工厂同类型结构产品的工艺说明书,设备及制作流程等相关信息,进行测试并最终推行操作方案

Knowledge/Experience :
1.Excellent technical knowledge in Footwear manufacture industry . mechanical engineering and automation is a plus
2.Know manufactory in Lean concept background.
3.Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
4.Strong communication and presentation skills
5.Proficient in Power point ,Word, Excel and other key programs used
6.Enable to travelling in the world
7.Fluent in written/ spoken English are plus
8.Enable to travelling

经验要求:
1.精通鞋类技术流程,机械自动化经验优先
2.有精益生产理念及实践的工作背景
3.良好的问题解决能力及创新思路提议
4.较强的交际沟通及演示能力
5.能熟练操作PowerPoint,Word,Excel等办公软件
6.精通鞋类专业英语优先
7.能接受出差需求
