职位描述：: GENERAL FUNCTION
This position to train factory and brand PD/Commercialization/QA/Costing team for PLM updating, follow up with each party on the response of PLM.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Plan and lead the PLM 2.0 training with PLM manager.
2. Coordinate on the PLM 2.0 training and orientation meetings for external and internal employees.
3. Follow up the training result and audit the inputting result, feedback the result to PLM manager, and provide a corrective action plan based on the defects.
4. Re-train the inputter once CAP is approved.
5. Evaluate training sessions to determine whether they have been helpful to inputters.
6. Certify the inputter once the training course is completed and her/his inputting result is satisfactory.
7. Measure the PLM inputting result.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Colleague Diploma/ Degree or above.
2. Fluent English in written & reading.
3. 3 years Footwear development and commercialization job.
4. Detail Orientated, good follow up and good attention to details.
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred but will trained).
6. Strong public speaking skills for giving presentations and training groups of employees.
