- 职位描述：
- OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices for shipments to international customers, creating various debit and credit memo, and billing sales samples to charge back the sample costs from international customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review shipping documents upon receipt from Global Operations Group to confirm relevant shipping document date against revenue recognition requirements;
- Verify billing details on shipping doc and initiates billing procedures in SAP;
- E-mail or courier invoice to distributor;
- Issue various debit/credit memos per request from account managers or financial department;
- Identify volume and/or pricing discrepancies and escalate for resolution;
- Assist in the fulfillment of requirements as stipulated in Letters of Credit between WWW and its distributors;
- Work with Global Operations Group to compile periodic sales accruals based on defined revenue recognition guidelines;
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Associate degree or above;
- 2-5 years working experience;
- Financial and Trading Company background and familiarity with export documentation;
- Strong written and oral communication in English;
- Detail-oriented and good numeracy skills.
- Solid system knowledge with specific knowledge on performing analysis in Excel (SAP experience a plus)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
