职位描述：: PRIMARY DUTIES 岗位职责
1. Create and manage the new material registration with brand PD/PLM material team to ensure all new materials are registered into SAP efficiently and timely. 与品牌开发和PLM材料组沟通,创建和管理新材料注册,确保所有新材料及时有效的注册进SAP系统。
2. Work closely with US and Brand PD to ensure the product details are entered into system under a timely manner.与美国和品牌开发紧密合作以确保产品细节及时更新进系统。
3. Coordinate with brand PD to upload the key tech files (spec/BP/Last Chart/Upper Pattern) into PLM.与品牌开发协调更新关键技术文件进PLM系统
4. Create new colorways pre-BOM at each key milestone meeting stage efficiently and accurately. 在每个里程碑阶段精确有效的创建新的色彩
5. Maintain the carry over projects pre-BOM when there is a spec change.维护已有项目的物料清单
6. Generate the dashboard/pre-season report/Pre-BOM material demand for data accuracy checking and communicate with relative people for a qualified/accurate/timely data entry.生成展示表格,季前报告和物料清单以供数据核查,与相应的人员沟通进行及时有效精确数据录入
7. Generate the different analysis of reports to support the departmental and company performance indicators. 生成不同的分析报表,为部门和公司绩效指标提供支持。

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 任职资格
1. Good command written and spoken English. 良好的英文听说读写
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel, basic database understanding 熟练办公室软件,尤其是Excel,理解数据库的概念
3. Desire for training in footwear manufacture 希望得到鞋类方面的培训
4. Detail Orientated, good follow up and good attention to details 细心,及时跟进
5. Willing to accept challenges and changes 愿意接受挑战和变化
