职位描述：: GENERAL FUNCTION 岗位概况
This position is an office based to monitor development and commercialization critical path of each brand into PLM system, and report the inconsistency or inaccuracy to each brand in weekly basis, follow up the response from each brand until the data into PLM is reliable.

PRIMARY DUTIES 岗位职责
1. Monitor development tooling critical path at each milestone (GTM/LDM/SM) to ensure all dates for all key processes are entered consistently and logically.
2. Track buy ready (T1 development process+adoption+PTA) in weekly basis to ensure brand updates these items into PLM timely and accurately, working with CPO closely on the outstanding PO status against buy ready into PLM.
3. Monitor Commercialization critical path in weekly basis to ensure all dates are updated accurately and related documents are uploaded.
4. Build the key duration analysis to measure the brand’s performance from both development and commercialization.
5. Measure the on time buy ready scorecard.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 任职资格
1. Colleague Diploma/ Degree or above.
2. Fluent English in written & reading.
3. 3 years Footwear development and commercialization job.
4. Detail Orientated, good follow up and good attention to details
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred but will trained)
6. Strong communication skills.
